I began my career in the mortgage industry in 1983 as an underwriter. Since that time I have gained experience in every facet of the mortgage business including operations, sales, management and ownership. Today, I am proud to be among the few loan officers who have obtained the CMPS designation. As a Certified MortgagePlanning Specialist, I am trained to analyze my client’s mortgage needs as part of their total financial planning strategy.

I believe that customer service is the key to success in the mortgage industry. As such, I work for my customers to provide them with the most positive overall experience. My customers benefit from my experience in that I was first an operations person and then a sales person. It is my belief that most companies within the mortgage industry offer comparable rates and programs. It is the quality of service and depth of knowledge that defines a true mortgage professional. I put my 27 years of experience to work for my customers.In an effort to remain at the top of my profession,I constantly attend industry seminars and events. In addition, I am often called upon by industry leaders to speak at educational seminars and to share my experience
with new loan officers.

I am a graduate of Simmons College with degrees in Economics and Political Science.  I am a past Director of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association and a speaker for the Massachusetts Mortgage Banker’s Association.
